What We Expect from our Drivers:

• Be able to hold a valid driver’s license while maintaining a good driving record (must be 21 years old due to insurance purposes).
• Utilize company-provided vehicles and equipment in a safe manner and have the ability to follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with Dispatch and the Towing Manager on a daily basis.
• Use our company-provided phones and utilize our Dispatch Anywhere software to properly get dispatch information.
• Provide excellent customer service to all individuals you are assisting.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
• Be willing to adapt to changes and work with a high level of energy and positive attitude.
• Strive to continually learn and grow within the company, but also as an individual.
