Role: Entry-Level Gutter Installer (Apprentice)
Pay Range: $16.50 – $19.50/hr, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
Assist in gutter installation and job site prep
Support lead installers and crew members
Learn proper safety procedures and equipment handling
Provide respectful, professional communication with customers and team members
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Hustle with a good attitude and willingness to grow
What We’re Looking For
Positive, coachable attitude
Physically able to lift ladders, climb, and work on rooftops
Valid driver’s license
Must be 18 or older
Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
