Schedule: 3x12-Hour Day Shifts | 13-Week Contract
Pay Range: $82 – $87 per hour (Travel)

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel Registered Nurse – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for an exciting job in New York, NY.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, evidence-based care to pediatric ICU patients.
Serve as a Preceptor for up to two (2) newly onboarded RNs.
Educate and mentor staff on PICU protocols, safety, and critical decision-making.
Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and assist with conscious sedation.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to improve patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with infection control standards and hospital policies.
Document assessments and interventions accurately in the EMR.
Education: ADN/ASN required; BSN preferred
Experience:
2+ years in Maternal & Child Health Nursing
2+ years with IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation
5+ years total nursing experience, including prior Preceptor duties
Licensure: Active RN license in New York
Certifications: AHA BLS and PALS required
