Life Enrichment Program Assistant

We are looking for an individual who is caring, compassionate and enthusiastic. Someone who can work independently within a memory care and long term care atmosphere. A person who displays a professional attitude with good communication skills; a team player who is able to work well with other departments.

Extensive training provided.

Experience working with people living with dementia and/or senior population a plus but not required.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Implementation of daily scheduled activity programs and special events.
• Written and verbal communication regarding resident participation.
• One to one visits with residents, as well as, facilitating large and small group activities.
• Participation in resident assessments, care planning, and care plan team meetings.
• Demonstrating the Person Centered Care model, promoting dignity and respect for the residents, families, staff and community.
