What you’ll do

• Create customized playlists tailored to each event's theme and client preferences.
• Engage with guests through dynamic public speaking and announcements to keep the energy high.
• Provide top-notch customer service by understanding client needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Set up and dismantle sound equipment, including heavy lifting of speakers and DJ gear.
• Dance along with the crowd to enhance the atmosphere and encourage participation.
• Collaborate with event planners and vendors to ensure seamless coordination on event day.
• Promote your services through effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Represent Muse with professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Experience in customer service roles, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Flexible availability (primarily Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays).
• Strong communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Clean Criminal Background.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience as a DJ or in a similar role at weddings or events.
• Proficiency in music mixing software and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during setup and breakdown of events.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $175.00 - $500.00 per day

Expected hours: 2 – 30 per week
