We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Travel Agent to join our team. In this role, you will help clients research, plan, and book their travel experiences ranging from weekend getaways to dream vacations. This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting travelers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Create and present customized travel itineraries
Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals
Provide ongoing client support before, during, and after their trips
Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and policies
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and research abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
Familiarity with travel booking platforms is an asset
