Inland Truck Parts & Service is looking to hire an experienced Lead   Truck Technician / Diesel Mechanic in Lincoln, Nebraska . Pay: Up to $40.00 an hour, contingent upon skills/experience. 

Job Responsibilities of a Truck Mechanic:

Work schedule: Monday – Friday,

The position will involve, but not be limited to, the following:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on class 6 to class 8 heavy-duty trucks
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities within all heavy-duty truck and trailer systems componentry. For example: hydraulics, engines, electrical, drive train, suspension, HVAC, braking systems, etc.
• Proactively maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work independently, as well as part of a team

Required: Minimum of 5 years experience in repairing trucks.  Preference given to candidates who are self-motivated, detail oriented , mechanically inclined, have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new skills quickly, and a willingness to help others.
