We are seeking an Attorney for the Legal and Compliance unit to provide MMCAP leadership, staff, and membership with expert-level legal guidance and expertise through the drafting of contracts, requests for proposals, notices, and analyses that permit MMCAP to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements while developing and sustaining positive working relationships with purchasing officials, pharmacists, auditors, contracting experts, and others who comprise and represent MMCAP's membership of over 34,000 participating facilities.
This position acts as a subject matter expert in the overall laws, rules, and policies that relate to and support programmatic goals held by all business areas that comprise MMCAP.

This position is eligible for up to a 50% hybrid telework arrangement. With a telework arrangement, additional onsite attendance may be required for team meetings or as requested by management to meet business needs. Completion of a telework agreement will be required.
