Are you a seasoned roadway engineer looking for a leadership opportunity with a clear path to executive-level growth ? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Road Design to lead high-impact transportation projects in Indianapolis, IN while mentoring a team of engineers and managing key client relationships. This position does offer relocation assistance .

What You'll Do:

Oversee roadway and hydraulic design projects from concept through completion.
Develop project scopes, budgets, proposals, and schedules.
Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians .
Manage client relations as the primary point of contact for local, state, and federal projects.
Ensure designs uphold AASHTO, INDOT, and DOT standards .
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPAK, InRoads, GuideSIGN, and AutoTURN for road design modeling.

What You Need:

25+ years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in road design.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or able to Obtain in the State.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
Strong background in Design-Build and P3 projects (Required) .
Department of Transportation project experience (Preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPAK, and InRoads .
Excellent team leadership, client management, and risk assessment skills.
