• Gather customer & vehicle info like a pro
• Listen, care, and clearly explain what’s needed
• Keep customers updated (no one likes being in the dark)
• Team up with techs to deliver top-notch repairs
• Hand back vehicles with confidence and clarity
• Create service experiences that WOW every time

Who We’re Looking For:

• People-person with energy to spare
• Previous customer service or sales experience (bonus points for auto know-how)
• Killer communication skills, in person & on the phone
• Organized multitasker who thrives under pressure
