Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Provide excellent customer service
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Establish follow-up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verifies the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Required:

• Two years + experience as a Service Advisor
• Possesses strong customer relations skills
• Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000-$160,000 year

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
