Salary: $272,000 - 471,500 per year Requirements:

• I have over 15 years of relevant experience in server firmware (BMC) and platform software development.
• I hold a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study, or possess equivalent experience.
• I bring hands-on experience in data center health management workflows and have a proven track record of delivering server firmware for large data centers.
• I possess strong knowledge of data center management, server architecture, and server manageability, along with significant proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• I have programming and debugging skills tailored for server platforms.
• I am experienced with SCM tools (e.g., Git, Perforce) and project management applications like Jira.
• I excel in written and verbal communication, demonstrate good work ethics, and have a high sense of teamwork. I am dedicated to producing quality work and committed to completing my tasks on a daily basis.
• I am a self-starter who enjoys identifying creative solutions to complex problems and is hands-on with coding.

• I will lead server management for large clusters and data centers implementing Nvidia GPUs and Grace solutions.
• I will collaborate with data center architects and cloud customers to define implementation requirements, ensuring rapid product development.
• I will work alongside internal teams to ensure requirements are effectively designed and implemented in tandem with each firmware and software module.
• I will partner with other leads to design and construct data center health management workflows.
• I will drive reliability and optimization within firmware architecture from a data center perspective.
• I will work closely with the cluster bring-up team to swiftly resolve issues.
• I will ensure that the quality, reliability, and telemetry performance of firmware delivered to data centers meet our standards.

The base salary range is $272,000 to $425,500 for Level 6 and $308,000 to $471,500 for Level 7, also including equity and benefits.
