**Job Title: Clean Up Crew Worker** **Job Description** A large manufacturer in Anderson, IN is seeking a dedicated individual to join their clean-up crew, providing essential cleaning services in both the office and warehouse settings. This role is an open-ended contract with the potential for permanent placement for standout employees. **Responsibilities** + Remove trash and clean tables, chairs, microwaves, and floors. + Perform detailed cleaning of tile floors and stalls. + Dust and vacuum floors, vents, and office furniture. + Clean, sanitize, and polish drinking fountains. + Handle cleaning and trash removal at the guard shack and truck entrance. + Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse work floor. + Clean debris, typically wood from broken pallets. + Conduct lock out/tag out procedures when working under conveyor belts and cranes. + Clean the loading dock using mobile equipment. + Operate electric pallet jack or sit-down forklift as necessary. **Essential Skills** + General labor skills including cleaning and manual labor. + Experience as a forklift operator. + Safety-conscious attitude. + Ability to work in cold temperatures. + Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task. **Available Shift & Pay** + Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am, Sunday - Thursday + two 20-minute paid breaks, one 30-minute unpaid break + **$21** **Why Work Here?** This company offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k plan and health benefits that start 30 days after direct hire. The night shift runs from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with two 20-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid break. Initial training will take place on the day shift for up to two weeks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anderson, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
