Description
As a Restaurant General Manager, you lead a multi-million dollar business with total operational and financial responsibility for your Taco Bell unit. Your leadership will inspire your team to Live Más every day while providing excellent service and training to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
+ Provide Overall Leadership and Management: Lead your team to achieve operational excellence while embodying our brand values.
+ Train and Motivate Employees: Develop your team to ensure they deliver the best service and uphold Taco Bell standards.
+ Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain a high-quality guest experience that keeps customers coming back.
+ Respond to Guest Needs and Complaints: Address customer feedback swiftly and positively to maintain a loyal customer base.
