We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional clinical care, promote patient safety, and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established standards and care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assess residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and other healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Provide leadership and guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff.
Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care, rehab, or acute care settings.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
