Regional Sales Manager-West

Responsibilities:

• Hires, develops, and oversees the work of the regional sales team
• Develops and implements a sales strategy, processes
• Works with stakeholders in hospitals and health systems to ensure access and payment for Company products
• Responsible for continual improvement in commercial processes by building strategic alliances and partnerships within and outside the organization.

 
Authorities:

• Oversee the regional sales team  

Education/Qualification RequirementsÂ

 

Bachelor Degree required
 

 

Experience Requirements   

5+ years of experience sales and marketing in the  med-tech field preferrably in Early Start Up environment.     
                                                 
Prior experience in the Urology, Urogynecology,  Neuromodulation space is preferred

2+ years of experience managing direct sales team (not 1099's) with in a Medical Device Company, Plus experience launching New Disruptive technology to market/Start Up medical device sales experience.             

 
Other requirements:

Highly organized and strong strategic planning and prioritization skills. Attention to detail, accuracy and timelines.

  Ability to work in a fast paced environment, Managing multiple Priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM programs.

Excellent relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel 50-70%

Looking for Management experience with a sense of Urgency, High engery, ability to work in a fast pace environment, ability to Manage People while bring a positive light and holding accountability to the team.

$160K base plus $140K variable, Stock options, Full benefits, 401K, and more.
