Recruiting Coordinator — Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiting (Clinic-Based)

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to join our in-house recruiting team in Fayetteville, NC. This is an entry-level healthcare recruiting role supporting hiring across our autism treatment centers and working closely with clinic leadership and clinicians.
This role is an excellent fit for someone who has worked as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and wants to transition into a professional recruiting career. Your knowledge of ABA therapy and clinic operations will help you identify and evaluate strong clinical candidates.
What You Will Do:
• Support full-cycle recruiting for BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, and clinical support roles
• Conduct phone screens and structured interviews for BT and RBT candidates
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with clinical needs
• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with clinic leadership
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Partner with clinic teams to support real-time hiring and staffing priorities
Compensation:
• $35,000–$40,000 annual salary

Preferred:
• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
