We’re a small, serious agent team focused on execution, idea‑sharing, and content that gets clients off the fence. If you’re licensed in CA and want to grow stronger—together, this is a fit. Responsibilities: What you’ll do • Run a personal pipeline with daily prospecting sprints and weekly content sessions . • Participate in peer reviews (listing launches, pricing, and negotiation strategy). • Co‑create micro‑content; we’ll support with prompts/templates and light editing. • Optional: mentor peers and earn referral/revenue share (again—no recruiting requirement). We’re looking for • Active CA DRE license (required). • Comfort on camera and in person with clients. • Evidence of self‑direction (recent content, community activity, or 3+ closed sides in the last 12 months). Qualifications: • Do you hold an active CA DRE license? (Yes/No) • Link 1 piece of content you created or describe a 30‑sec reel you’d filmed recently. • 2024 production (sides or volume) and your 2025 target. • Are you open to a commission‑only structure with optional referral/revenue share? (Yes/No) • Which markets do you cover? • Briefly share a time you collaborated to win a tough deal—what did you own?
