Behavioral Health facility in Brenham, TX is hiring LPN/LVNs! This is a Psych/Behavioral Health facility working with patients with intellectual disabilities.
Duties: Passing meds, assessments, charting
Need: Psych LPN/LVN with minimum 1 year experience
Must have no past misdemeanors or past discipline on license
Location: Brenham, TX (outside Houston, TX)
Length of Contract: 26 weeks
Orientation: Orientation takes place on the 1st and 16th of each month. Schedule is M-F 8a-5p for the first 4 weeks then placed on set schedule with rotating weekends (40 hours a week)
Shifts: 6-2
Items Needed for Submission : Resume, online license verification, two manager references from separate facilities, BLS.
RESUME : MUST SHOW RECENT SKILLED CARE/LTC EXPERIENCE (NURSING HOME/CORRECTIONS- NO HOME HEALTH OR CLINIC- THEY DON’T LIKE TO SEE HOSPITAL EITHER) They want to see experience passing meds to 20+ patients.
