• Contract Duration: 5 months
• Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid
• Compensation: $30-35/hr W2

What you’ll do as the Project Administrative Assistant:

• Client has a retail media platform and is seeking support to conduct the onboarding and contracting processes
• Partner with sales team to expedite or troubleshoot deals
• Partner with operations to adhere to standard process or implement process changes
• High volume processing and data entry

What you’ll bring to the Project Administrative Assistant role:

• Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM systems as well as DocuSign or similar contracting systems
• Ability to manage multi-step multi-day processes and go deep into the details
• Communicate via email external partners to clarify contract details
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
