As a Professional Staff Nurse , you’ll play a key role in supporting patients as they transition from surgery to recovery—applying your expertise, autonomy, and critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality postoperative care. You’ll join a team that values partnership, communication, and continuous development.
This position features rotating shifts with limited weekends, nights, and call , offering flexibility while keeping variety in your schedule.
Support Patients in Their Most Vulnerable Moments
Provide high-quality, compassionate recovery care in the PACU.
Collaborate closely with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve seamless transitions.
Build Strong & Supportive Relationships
Develop productive working relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
Model accountability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellent patient care.
Promote a healthy work-life balance and safe work habits.
Educate & Empower
Teach patients and families about postoperative expectations and next steps.
