Salary: $110,000 - 185,000 per year Requirements:

• I have over 8 years of experience in financial services, particularly in product management or product strategy.
• I possess a profound understanding of capital markets, including market structure, key operational functions, regulatory frameworks, and the ever-changing competitive landscape.
• I have demonstrated experience in developing supporting analyses and successfully steering product and investment concepts from the initial stages to production.
• I am an effective communicator with exceptional writing and presentation abilities, capable of clearly articulating complex ideas to senior audiences with confidence and ease.
• I have a keen interest in and understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology, with professional experience in crypto or blockchain being an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• As the Director of Product Strategy, I focus on enhancing our digital asset platform capabilities while developing new and innovative products to serve our global institutional client base, both now and in the future. I will be instrumental in shaping the long-term product and business strategy, collaborating with the team to refine the product roadmap based on my market insights and understanding of future client needs.
• I will also be responsible for drafting proposals for new product offerings, defining the end-to-end design for these products (from user experience to operational and technical capabilities), and ensuring their execution through collaboration across the organization, as well as with clients and external partners.

The Product Strategy team leads the vision and strategy for Fidelity Digital Assets® product offerings. The base salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $185,000 per year, varying based on job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors. The base salary is just one component of the overall compensation package, which may also include bonuses or other variable compensation based on eligibility.
