The ideal candidate will be an established authority in the field, with a distinguished record of research contributions, demonstrated leadership in complex projects, and a passion for developing talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach both junior and senior scientists, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and professional growth.

  • Drive multi-institution collaborations with academia, industry, and government research bodies.

  • Publish influential research in top-tier conferences and journals, and present work at leading scientific forums.

  • Engage with business and product leaders to translate research outcomes into strategic opportunities, influencing product and technology roadmaps.

  • Stay at the forefront of breakthroughs in quantum computing and related disciplines, assessing their potential impact on Visa’s business.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with the global quantum research community to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.
