Job Description

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
+ Weld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for plant operations
+ Inspect and maintain conveyor systems, crushers, screens, and other aggregate processing equipment
+ Collaborate with plant leadership to support safety and production goals

+ Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial equipment
+ Proficiency in welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
+ Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
