Pediatrician

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $220,000 to $250,000 depending on experience
• Loan repayment options available (National Health Scholar Program eligible)
• Quarterly productivity bonuses – approx. $3,600/year
• Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Responsibilities

• Outpatient setting, Monday–Friday (open to 4-day work week)
• 18–20 patients per day on average, with daily 40-minute admin time
• 15–20 minutes per patient visit
• Diverse patient population (predominantly African American)
• Reports to Director of Family Practice and CMO for clinical concerns
• Uses eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR
• Shared call rotation, rare after-hours needs (nurse line & answering service support)
• Call schedule approximately 8 weeks per year, with an average of 1–3 calls per week during assigned rotation
• Call only; no hospital privileges required

Requirements

• Board Certification in Pediatrics (Required)
• Clear and active Florida medical license
• New graduates welcome to apply
