Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Palletizer to join our warehouse/production team. The Palletizer will be responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing products on pallets to ensure safe and efficient transportation and storage. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and meeting our shipping and production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate palletizing equipment to stack and arrange products onto pallets.

• Wrap and secure pallets to maintain product safety during storage and shipment.

• Inspect finished pallets for accuracy, quality, and stability.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.

• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and general warehouse duties as needed.

• Report any equipment issues, product damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

• Willingness to follow safety rules and company procedures.
