The Chief of Staff Association (CSA) is the leading global membership organization for chiefs of staff, with members across more than 75 countries. Our community includes chiefs of staff from some of the world’s most influential organizations in business, non-profits, and government, such as Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, the Red Cross, the U.S. Government to name a few.
Our mission is to connect chiefs of staff worldwide, creating a trusted network that empowers members to solve complex challenges.
As Membership Engagement & Events Manager (USA), you will lead engagement and event delivery across your portfolio, ensuring the CSA community of chiefs of staff in the United States continues to grow and connect. The role combines relationship management, onboarding, and member support with the planning and execution of CSA’s US-based events.
Your leadership, operational skill, and ability to build strong relationships will help scale CSA’s member and commercial activities across the region.
You will play a central role in CSA’s North American engagement, events, and growth. The role is based in our Manhattan office, with regular travel and remote work across the region.
You will lead engagement and event activity for our growing US community, working closely with global colleagues to deliver the CSA Engagement Strategy. Your work will strengthen member relationships, drive participation, and enhance the overall member experience.
This role offers broad exposure across education, communications, operations, and commercial growth. As the CSA continues to expand, we’ll support you to shape a development path that reflects your strengths and career ambitions, within the organisation and beyond.
