Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing & Social Media Intern to assist our Marketing Manager with daily operations, research, and project coordination. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining exposure to law firm marketing, communications, and digital media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day coordination of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Assist with scheduling and posting approved content on social media platforms.
• Track engagement and assist in compiling analytics reports.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help maintain and update marketing spreadsheets, contact databases, and content calendars.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for marketing initiatives and materials.
• Assist with logistics for firm photo shoots, events, or video production as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time:  Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM (eST)
• Part-Time:  Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday, with flexibility for Wednesdays if needed. 10AM-4PM or 11AM-5PM.
