JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experienced Mail Inserter Operator/Mail Print
Professional - Direct Hire (not a temp or temp-to-hire position) Oregon, WI Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm \$20-\$25/hr DOE Position Summary: Responsible for operating mailing equipment to execute customer projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process and verify mail files for customers. Execute day-to-day mailing center service operations. Help to ensure on-time delivery. Final, and in-work QC checks and verification. Machine maintenance and calibration. Work with management to develop workflow. Requirements Education/Experience: Experience with USPS bulk mailing prep regulations for 1st class, marketing mail, periodicals, and parcels in the printing industry required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Mechanically inclined with large, complex machinery. Work experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to produce independently and as part of a team.
