Base Pay: $50,000 + Commission
On Target Earnings: $90,000-$100,000+

Shift and schedule: 10am to 6pm Tuesday thru Saturday

What You’ll Do • Consult & Style: Conduct one-on-one styling sessions at our showroom and guide clients through fabrics, customization, and cohesive wardrobe building
• Measurement & Fit: Take expert measurements, facilitate fittings, and ensure flawless fit and tailoring
• Sales & Client Development: Build a loyal client base through referrals, networking, trunk shows, and personalized follow-ups
• Client Experience: Provide a concierge-level service, pre-appointment prep, outfit education, and post-delivery check-ins
• Brand Representation: Attend and represent Brimble & Clark professionally at events and trunk shows

• Control Over Your Earnings: Enjoy base salary stability while unlocking uncapped commission potential. First year average is $85,000 to $95,000 which is made up of a $52,000 base pay and commissions. Our expectation is that you ramp up your commissions to bring your base pay to at least $105,000 annually by year two.
