Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers in real estate transactions.
• Educate clients about the home buying process.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research.
• Assist clients with property evaluations and negotiations.
• Stay current with local market trends and regulations.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (Required).
• Driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position with a potential income range of $75,000–$150,000+ annually, depending on performance. Top producers can exceed this range. We provide the tools, training, and support—you bring the hustle.
