Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our applications. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of DevOps and has a strong interest in AWS technologies.

- Assist in the deployment, management, and monitoring of applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate and streamline the software development lifecycle.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, AWS CodePipeline, or similar.
- Manage infrastructure as code using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, systems, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps practices and AWS services.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Splunk).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
