Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire an Interim Instructional Designer . This role will play a key part in creating impactful eLearning experiences that drive knowledge, compliance, and engagement within the healthcare space.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Instructional Designer who thrives on transforming complex information into clear, interactive learning modules that keep learners engaged and informed.

Interim Instructional Designer Responsibilities:

Review and analyze case study content to identify key learning objectives
Design interactive, scenario-based eLearning modules that foster critical thinking
Develop engaging content using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 , including quizzes, and knowledge checks
Enhance learning with visual storytelling, animations, or micro-videos using various tools
Ensure all modules are accessible, visually appealing, and optimized for LMS delivery
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to refine and finalize content

Interim Instructional Designer Requirements:

Proven experience developing eLearning content in Storyline 360 (required)
Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
Ability to balance creativity with technical precision and project timelines
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
