Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development of training materials and learning content related to the rollout of a new Salesforce platform and a public-facing digital experience. The ideal candidate will create engaging, accessible, and user-friendly materials that support both internal staff and external users. This role is mostly remote, with limited on-site needs.
