This is a work from home position.
Assist client in identifying potential customers and engage them in a needs-based dialogue to determine whether there is a potential need for our client’s offering. We use an inbound/outbound contact center to assist our clients with identifying and engaging prospects that meet their ideal customer profile via multiple channels of outreach.
Candidate Profile
•Inbound/Outbound business-to-business contact center experience •Technology / IT background a plus; however, client provides training in this area •Word, and Excel; familiarity with CRM’s (Salesforce, etc.) •Solid writing skills (we frequently provide our call comments to our clients for review) •Outgoing, focused •Previous experience in inside sales or as an account executive is a plus •Able to meet realistic productivity metrics •Articulate, presents well; solid grammar (no slang, etc.) •Able to multitask and work with limited supervision (agents are typically assigned more than one project per day)
