OKTA/IAM Engineer (15+) with Printer Admin, Secure Doc/WinMagic, OKTA ASA, Fairfax, Crowdstrike/Defender/Manage Engine Endpoint Central experience

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with Printer administration and management - 8 Years
• Demonstrated experience Fairfax management - 8 Years
• Demonstrated experience Secure Doc (WinMagic) administration - 8 Years
• Knowledge of basic system management (troubleshooting) processes/systems - 8 Years
• Knowledge of information management, file structure, and data representation - 8 Years
• Knowledge of advanced system security methods and techniques (Crowdstrike, Defender, Manage Engine Endpoint Central) - 8 Years
• Complete assigned tasks with accurate and useful status updates following quality standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills; both written and spoken
• Perform on-call duties for nightly and weekend patching/upgrades/troubleshooting as needed
• Attention to detail for documentation purposes
• Clear, strong, and precise verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently with little supervision or guidance
• Willingness to independently learn new systems, processes, and business functionality
