We are currently searching for a Housekeeper for the Travelodge in Hermiston, OR. Why Work With Us? * It’s a fun company to work for! * We recognize efforts and reward results * Great benefits package, including 401K * Promotional opportunities with a growing company Responsibilities * Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards. * Restock room carts with supplies and maintain cleanliness of equipment. * Report room status, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Department. * Safely handle and secure assigned pass keys during each shift. * Turn in lost and found items and ensure proper documentation. * Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned. * Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. * Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning agents and supplies. * Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper. Requirements: * Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time * Must have prior housekeeping experience. * Must have ability to communicate effectively * Must be reliable and dependable. * Need to be a team player – if you like to work on an island by yourself, this won’t be a good fit for you! * Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure * Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary Education & Experience: * High School diploma or equivalent required * Stable work history required HMC is an equal opportunity employer.
