Arrowwood Heart is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. This full-time remote position is based in Minneapolis and presents a fantastic opportunity for entry-level professionals eager to make their mark in the retail industry.

As a Graphic Designer at Arrowwood Heart you will play a crucial role in developing visually appealing designs that enhance our brands identity and engage our customers. Responsibilities

  • Design and create visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Produce high-quality images and layouts for digital and print media
  • Assist in the development of presentation materials
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with the companys brand strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite Sketch etc.)
  • Basic understanding of typography color theory and layout principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus
