Responsibilities
Assist in lift and shift of existing product into Goggle Cloud Platform (GCP)
Deploy and manage GCP applications using command-line tools
Validate GCP software deployments and releases
Write and execute queries to make configuration changes to GCP applications
Use standard tools like Jenkins and git to pre-stage software for deployment
Use Unix commands to troubleshoot system and network behavior
Requirements
In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills, you should have at least 3 years experience with:
GCP networking and application model
Containerized applications
Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
Docker
Terraform
MySQL or PostGres SQL databases
Python, JavaScript, C++, NodeJS and Bash
GNU Tool chain for building C++ Code
Microservice based architectures on Linux/Unix platforms
Google Cloud Certifications, such as Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
