Salary: $140,000 - 185,000 per year Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications in Go.
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, and Lambda.
• Development experience in Snowflake, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Groovy, and Shell scripting is a plus.
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Familiarity with automated testing (unit/functional and/or performance).
• A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• A delivery-focused mindset with end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ability to collaborate well with others.
• A strong commitment to learning and implementing high engineering standards.
• Good troubleshooting skills that span systems, network, and applications.

Responsibilities:

• As a member of the FFIO Market Data Engineering team, I will be responsible for developing modern market data applications and operating them over public clouds. I will contribute to helping millions of Fidelity customers make informed financial decisions based on the quality of data delivered through our applications.
• I will work collaboratively within a team environment where our success relies on one another and strive to build high-performance applications written in Go and deployed to AWS. You are expected to be a self-starter with a passion for technology, coaching junior team members, and an eagerness to explore new technologies in our field.
