Program Overview

About The Role

Peraton is seeking a Front Office Systems Integrator to provide direct support to the Chief and Deputy Chief with the following responsibilities:

• Work with senior management, team members, stakeholders, and mission partners to track and status all ongoing projects
• Looking across the portfolio of projects, identify project slips, risks and issues and relay to management in a timely manner
• Provide input to external partners and keep senior management informed.  These inputs could include schedule data, monthly reports, actions tracking and weekly highlights
• Create and maintain incoming and outgoing documentation, including memos, requirements, agendas, minutes and other documents
• Coordinate and support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy prior to distribution
• Liaise across teams and programs to gather accurate and up-to-date information that supports mission success
• Maintain internal phone rosters to ensure contact information remains current and accurate
• Facilitate and complete access requests promptly and accurately
• Coordinate read-ins and associated activities, prepare NDAs, support visitor access and clearance verification, and work closely with customer security officers to ensure all security related info is correctly documented

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. An additional four years can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to foster strong working relationships within the office and with external partners across the community
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
• Experience in direct support to senior level leadership
• Experience time management when supporting multiple projects simultaneously and balancing competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products

Desired Skills:

• On site, customer domain experience
• Self-starter requiring minimal oversight and direction to execute independent projects.
• Ability to exercise good judgement when working with external stakeholders and mission partners
• Ability to work under shifting priorities and deadlines and willing to provide a wide range of support.
• Experience as a DTO

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
