Description We are looking for a skilled Financial & Accounting Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between financial operations and technology, ensuring the smooth operation and enhancement of financial systems. Responsibilities: - Serve as the key point of contact between Finance and IT teams to address system needs and enhancements. - Manage and maintain financial systems, including platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other related applications. - Evaluate and optimize financial workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory processes. - Lead or assist in the implementation, integration, and upgrade of financial systems to meet organizational needs. - Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. - Develop and deliver end-user training, along with creating comprehensive documentation of system processes and best practices. - Collaborate with various departments to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tools. - Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, coordinating efforts with internal teams or external vendors as needed. - Stay informed about system updates and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance. Requirements - Strong knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles. - Proficiency in managing financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Experience with data mining techniques and workflows to support financial processes. - Familiarity with Microsoft SQL for database management and querying. - Proficiency in using data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI. - Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. - Strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end-users. - A proactive approach to staying updated on the latest system capabilities and industry trends.
