Join Our Team as a Project Manager at ABM Electrical Power Solutions!

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading complex construction projects ABM Electrical Power Solutions is looking for someone like you! In this exciting role youll take charge of large high-complexity construction projects from start to finish. Youll have the opportunity to manage key activities ensure seamless coordination and oversee the successful delivery of each project with a focus on quality safety and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Be a leader: Manage large new datacenter projects ensuring theyre completed on budget and on schedule while meeting top-notch quality standards.
• Ambassador of Communication : Be the primary point of contact between customers subcontractors and internal teams facilitating smooth communication and resolving any contract changes or staffing needs.
• Keep things running: Work closely with departments across the company to keep everything on track making any necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met.
• Analyze and document : Oversee and inspect work to ensure it aligns with specifications schedules and safety regulations. Ensure all contractors receive comprehensive training site orientation and are aligned with state/local code requirements building permits and inspection processes.
• Abide by the rules: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies codes and guidelines including NEC OSHA and local/state regulations.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 7 years of electrical testing engineering and management
• Certifications/Education: High school diploma required Undergraduate preferred PMP encouraged but not required
• Leadership: Experience working with or leading small teams is a plus.
• Project Management: Ability to manage $1M large sized projects
• Hands-On Skills: Leadership and decision-making throughout every phase of the project ensuring successful delivery commissioning and readiness for startup/occupancy.
• Deliverables: Proven ability to manage project costs schedules and metrics
• Safety First: Keep safety top of mind ensuring all regulations are adhered to and all necessary documentation is completed.
