We deliver locally impactful creative and marketing strategies that drive seamless UX and meaningful engagement. What sets us apart is our mindset: rooted in operational excellence, elevated by human creativity, and guided by our values as a certified B Corp.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years’ experience who’s eager to grow, take ownership, and make a tangible impact. You’ll focus primarily on Wordbank’s internal marketing, with opportunities to support selected client campaigns — and you’ll be encouraged to broaden your skills across digital as part of your career development.

This is a 3-month, full-time contract role with high potential to convert to a permanent position. We offer this initial contract period in lieu of a standard probation period. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time, and be in our Denver office 2-3 days per week.

Ready to grow your marketing career with a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and creativity? We’d love to hear from you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  Internal Marketing (70–80%)

  • Lead generation: Collaborate on and execute multichannel campaigns that generate MQLs and support pipeline goals.

  • LinkedIn strategy: Own our organic and paid LinkedIn presence — from planning and execution to optimization and reporting.

  • Content marketing: Partner with our creative team to produce optimized content for social, email, paid media and our website. Support events, PR, and bespoke campaigns.

  • Analytics & reporting: Track performance across LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and other tools. Translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Conduct research, assist with performance audits, and bring fresh thinking to team brainstorms.

  • Apply what you learn from internal campaigns to real-world client projects.

Cross-Skill & Grow

  • Develop deeper expertise in areas like SEO, paid media, content strategy, email marketing, or analytics — with a clear path for progression.

  • Learn from senior team members across Wordbank’s digital, creative, and localization functions.

  • Access to learning and development resources, mentoring, and certifications to support your growth.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

YOU’LL HAVE…

  • 2–3 years in digital marketing, ideally B2B.

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.

  • Bonus: Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects.

YOU ARE…

  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results.

  • A seamless multitasker and problem-solver with excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to navigate competing priorities.

  • An excellent written communicator who adapts tone and format for different audiences.

  • Curious, collaborative, and keen to experiment with new tools and approaches.
