Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain followers.
• Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine ranking.
• Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Create email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing including social media SEO and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of real estate markets in California particularly the South Bay area.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $24000 - $65000 per year.
