(FHIR Data Engineer blends healthcare interoperability expertise with data engineering skills to design, build, and manage systems that store, process, and exchange healthcare data using the FHIR standard)
Understanding of FHIR, restful FHIR APIs, FHIR bulk data exchange
Developer with experience in Python, PySpark, ETL pipelines
Working knowledge and certification on GCP/AWS/Azure
Experience working with data at various speed and integration (Batch, Realtime, API)
Knows various healthcare data standards (HL7, C-CDA, EDI)
Understands OAuth2/OpenID, HIPAA and consent management
Understands CMS compliance ( Patient access, payer to payer API, ePA)
