• Provide comprehensive client support by addressing questions about products, billing, or technical features with detailed explanations.
• Handle cash transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues resolved, and follow-up actions in our database for analysis and quality assurance purposes.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications efficiently to document interactions and generate reports as needed.
