Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager responsible for managing industrial development projects, including new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives from site selection through contract execution. The role involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the establishment of scope, budget, and schedule, as well as the timely receipt of building and site permits. You will lead planning, design, and construction projects, including new built-to-suit industrial buildings, tenant improvements, facility extensions, and renovation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure contracted resources deliver work products in alignment with project durations, permitting, key performance indicators, and quality documentation.
  • Manage project teams, including developers, design engineers, and professional consultants.
  • Influence internal teams such as Design Engineering and Amazon Robotics.
  • Oversee contract management governance, conceptual estimating, and budget oversight.
  • Oversee multiple large industrial projects in various locations simultaneously.
  • Translate technical documents into comprehensive end-to-end stories with risk analysis for leaders and customers.
  • Focus on resolving upstream issues and support the construction team throughout the process.


Essential Skills

  • Experience in construction and project management.
  • Strong bias for action.
  • Knowledge in civil engineering, change orders, and estimation.


Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in new construction and retrofit construction.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
