Job Description
As a Communications Agent at Sphirea Plus, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring effective communication strategies are implemented across all channels. You will contribute to message development, content delivery, and internal coordination to maintain a consistent and professional brand voice. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and deliver internal and external communication materials
Coordinate with project managers and executives to align messaging with business goals
Support communication plans for campaigns, client updates, and service launches
Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-up actions
Identify areas for improvement in internal communication flow
Ensure brand tone and voice are consistent across all messaging
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or client-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
Familiarity with document management and communication platforms (e.g., email, CRM, internal systems)
