Pay: Starting at $32/hour + $2/hour shift differential
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience to join our team. Job shop experience is preferred, especially in environments requiring multiple setups per day . The ideal candidate will also be willing to assist with setups as needed.
This position is perfect for a self-starter who takes pride in precision work, communicates effectively, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Program CNC machines using Mastercam
Collaborate with machinists to ensure efficient setups and production
Assist with machine setups as needed
Optimize programs for speed, accuracy, and efficiency
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues
Maintain a safe, organized work environment
Qualifications:
Strong Mastercam programming experience required
Job shop experience preferred
Willingness to assist with setups
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Must be a dependable, self-motivated team player
